Man bites State Trooper for asking if he has a concealed handgun license. Man is charged with assaulting an officer, but refused to show up to court and armed himself and his family inside their home instead. Fourteen years later, charges are dropped, but no one bothers to tell him for another year.
I really do love Texas.

Read the whole story... it would be funny, if you didn't have to consider that there are several children that were involved/raised on that compound and have never been allowed to leave it.  They've never been educated and don't know how to interact in society.  Some of them are young women who would like to find husbands, get married, etc... how to do that cooped up in these circumstances...
