Waste of trained experts, waste of good rope. Given the number of inmates who have their own children, there's little to no tolerance toward those who abuse or kill children. Put him in with the general population and let him make his own 'friends'.
LOL....I bet he'd be too much of a coward to go through with it....
Leave a length of rope in his cell. Lock the door. And wait...
I just read this and thought it was a waste of time for the prison to even consider this.....Even trained experts can get man handled by a killer in prison..Just let him rot alone in Jail....He's a killer!!!!
