I am pregnant.. who's the father?

Hello!
I had unprotected sex with a guy I had been sleeping off and on with the day after my last period. He couldn't keep it hard and he didn't ***. I then had sex with a different guy 2 weeks later more then a few times and he came inside me. My period tracker app said during that time was my fertile window and 4 days later I was supposed to be ovulating. I am pregnant now and I am happy about it but I cant get over the guilt and worry. Do you think the possibilities of it being the second guy are way higher then the first?

From only that information, the second guy has a higher chance than the first. But not by much of a margin, unfortunately. Apps are only based on averages. If you match the assumptions of the averages on which the apps were built, they are helpful. But if your cycle is not 28 days (i.e., like clockwork your period comes every 28 days and has never varied) an app really can't tell you a lot about when you might ovulate.

I have been tracking my period on this app for over a year and it's usually a day or two off on its estimation for my period. Also my average cycle is 32 days. I have pain when I ovulate and it was around the 25th. I just thought maybe since he didn't go inside me and couldn't keep it hard it would make it a lower chance
Or I mean he didn't finish at all
It doesn't help that the first guy didn't finish. What helps is that he was early in your cycle and you have long cycles. Hopefully, any of his sperm that made it into your body from pre-ejaculatory fluid would have all died by the time you ovulated.
