If my ultrasound measured me at 6 wks 1 day, is it possible for me to have gotten pregnant/conceived on October 21 or Oct 22?

If the ultrasound was today, and if your 6 weeks 1 day was based on it and not on your report of the first day of your last period, October 21 and 22 would be about two weeks before you getting pregnant. You would have conceived around November 4.
