Who can the baby father be? Please help.

So I had sex with this guy on December 28. I also had sex with my boyfriend on January 6 & 23.
I got my period on January 9-10 but missed my period around February. Today is April 6. My ultra sound said I was 12 weeks.
Am I pregnant with my boyfriends baby? Or the guys baby?
