Father #1 or Father #2

I have irregular periods and therefore do not remember my last period.

I had unprotected sex with #1 on the 18th of September and on the 21st had unprotected #2.

On the 23rd of November I went for a scan and it told me my i was 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant EDD is on the 8th of July 2022 (but gave birth on the 5th of July 2022). Also had sex with #1 on the 13th of October

Who is the father of my baby ?

Guy #1. The sex in September was too early to produce a baby whose due date was in July (and, indeed, was born almost exactly on the day expected).

Are you puzzled because they told you 7 weeks 4 days on November 23? They weren't saying you conceived 7 weeks 4 days back, they were saying the count from the first day of your last period began 7 weeks 4 days back. (The time frame doctors use for pregnancy starts on day #1 of your last period before getting pregnant. Ovulation would have been about 14 days later.) When a doctor says "7 weeks 4 days along" he means "5 weeks 4 days since conception." The dad can only be the guy from October 13.

Thank you so much Annie. I was confused because there is a lady in my neighbourhood who gave birth the day before me (4th of July 2022). When I asked her which sexual intercourse led her to being pregnant,  she said 20th of September. And this other lady gave birth on the 24th of June 2022 but was sexual on the 10th of September 2021- she said her LMP was on the 27th of August 2021
I can't speculate about the ladies in your neighborhood, but your dates indicate your baby was conceived around October 13 - 15th. Have you had a DNA test done with the father, for the baby's medical record? If you are not married, it's always a good idea to do one for legal reasons (the baby has legal rights to the father, and having the proof of paternity in the baby's record will be important if those rights ever need to be reinforced). The fact that it would put your worries to rest would not be a bad thing either.
Thank you so much for taking your time to respond. God bless.... I will try do DNA if necessary but I understand now that you've explained.
