Found out I was pregnant March 22 , my period was February 21 - 26

How early in the pregnancy were you given the due date of November 28, and by what method?  In other words, an ultrasound?  A chart?  A little wheel?

It sounds like the March 10 guy and not the February 27 guy, but depending on how many weeks along you were back in May, it might not be as accurate as you need it to be.  Can you find any record of your ultrasound and see if it says how many weeks gestational age you were when you had it?

On the Sonogram it says 9weeks & 6 days

OK, well, you're not really out of the woods for either guy.  An ultrasound at 9 weeks 6 days can be a little off for purposes of determining when the baby was conceived, certainly it could be plus or minus three days.  And, sperm from Mr. February 27 could have lasted 5-6 days in your system, meaning, up to the 4th of March.  I would generally suspect it was the guy from the 10th, but be ready to do a DNA test with either guy or both, once the baby is born.  It's not clear-cut enough to make a DNA test unnecessary, you need one.

I thought a ultrasound of 8 weeks was okay to determine baby age.. is a 2 week difference that much anniebrooke

at 9w6d (in other words, almost 10 weeks), the ultrasound could be a few days off for dating purposes, and you don't actually have a  very big time window between guys in the first place.  In theory you would have ovulated March 7 or 8, but you didn't have sex with anyone then.  Either sperm from guy 1 lasted quite a long time (not impossible, but a little long) or you didn't ovulate then but on March 10, and that would mean your ultrasound is a little off.  Is the baby a boy or girl?

When your period was, is not really the question.  Yes, it's when a doctor with no other information begins the count, but once the baby is visualized in an ultrasound and measured, and its developmental markers are noted, the tech can pretty accurately date the pregnancy IF the ultrasound is early in the pregnancy.  And then, the first day of the last period kind of does not add any further information.  

Given that the baby is a boy, and given that your most likely estimated conception date is March 7 or 8 give or take three or four days, it really sounds like the guy from the 10th.  Not that this speculation should take the place of a DNA test, but boy sperm just don't last very long compared to girl sperm, and if it had been from the guy on the 27th, the boy sperm would probably all have been gone by March 2 or 3.

As you see, your margins are very slim, and this all calls for a DNA test when the baby is born.  The only fair thing to do for all people concerned, not the least, the baby.
