3 active abscesses & cyst in sinus lots complications

I have 3 active abscesses in my "upper teeth or face" not sure. A CT found a cyst in my face/sinus cavity. The abscess's had my entire left side face swollen out like the elephant man. The pain was excruciating. The ENT said I needed to have sinus surgery to remove cyst. I chose to have that done immediately in office instead of waiting til morning to have done in hospital w/medications (Dr said procedure takes 10-15 min only) so I did it...2.5 HOURS later....they still were not sure if they got it all. They said they had a heck of a time getting the cyst. Sent me home (with NO medications at all) I was in such pain I was literally screaming & rolling around in pain. Barely making it thru night, I ended up BACK in the ER w/IV of CIPRO/FLAGYL. The antibiotic pills just weren't working anymore for I've been on them for over a year and half STRIAGHT off/on a week or two in between. This infection will NOT GO AWAY. My oral surgeon just keeps removing teeth. I'm down to 4 left (on top) every time he takes one out he says "this should take care of it"....but it NEVER does. Apparently the abscesses have sat dormant for several months/years & have cut blood supply off to my top teeth. I've had over $8000 work done to the top but not once was a mention of abscess (even tho I complained of pain AND could feel little "water balloons" in both front cheeks. I was never taken seriously until all hell broke loose & my face swelled the size of Canada. Now, I'm in so much pain PLUS re-occurring migraines, I vomit every time, I'm ALWAYS tired & weak and CANNOT concentrate or think clearly even at work. Something is NOT right. But all Oral Surg wants to do is take out the last 4 teeth. Then what?....the abscesses STAY in my face? I cannot afford another plate for this time will be the entire full plate denture on top. My bottom teeth are fine. Only the top teeth have been giving me fits for over 3 yrs. I've invested $8000+ & lost every penny of that now. I've exhausted my dental coverage for the year yet again & trying to make it til Jan to start over with what little bit of dental help I do get financially. I'm about done. I just cannot go on like this anymore. & YES after a while....you start thinking crazy things. You just want to end it one way or another. I need emergent help but keep getting passed around from doctor to dentist to oral surgeon to ENT to.......I don't have another dime to do anything else right now but the symptoms are worse than ever. Does ANYONE have ANY ideas for me? I do NOT qualify for ANY type of assistance b/c I have dental insurance (very little). & NOT ONE SINGLE Dentist will see me unless I pay in full. No billing. No payments. BILL HAS TO BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE LEAVING THE OFFICE. Trust me.  I've BEGGED them for help.  They WILL NOT unless I have the cash (& their prices are absolutely OUTRAGEOUS)!!!!!!!!!!! I need help. Or at least professional advice. I'm going to end up septic.
