Thank you do much, I'll definitely go get checked out.
Hi there,
Bleeding from the gums can be due to injury, infection, or inflammation of the gums. Bacterial, viral or fungal infections of the gums and teeth produce acids and toxins which can erode and cause inflammation of the gum .It is suggested to avoid hard brushing, hard diets and snacks like chips, sour foods or drinks, hot drinks, carbonated acid drinks, sticky chocolates etc.You may gargle your mouth with warm saline water. Have a well-balanced nutritious diet. See a dentist and get the diagnosis confirmed. I hope it helps.
Best luck and regards!
