i m 31 yrs old male, 4 months before i accidentlly bitten my lower lip 2 times while having dinner..and next day found a normal size blister at the same bitten place..i burst it and it became again this time more big...went to dentist surgeon he laser it ..but after 15 days it came back again... after waiting 2 months more did laser again, but this mucocele.came again not the same place but just above it, last sunday it became in morning and drained itself in evening, but today is the 3rd day, theres still little white spot like thing at that place now i m getting headche thinking of it ..i dont knw wat to  do ? pls help

Surgical excision is the treatment of choice, in addition, associated minor salivary gland should be excised to avoid recurrence. Seeing an experienced oral surgeon is advised.

sir..if i left this mucocele as it is..than can it make any serious health problem for me in future ? coz.i m.tired of going to dentist again and again ..i got 2 time laser in 4 months... this mucocele became just bcoz i bitten my lip very badly while eating

Mucocele is not life threatening , but spontaneous remission is highly unlikely.seeing a right surgeon will fix your problem permanently.

sir today i have checked my lower lip mucocele in torch light its almost gone and i hope in few days scar will also go away... i have checked my complete mouth and tounge its all clear no blisters...white or red patChes nothing is there...but sometimes i felt itching at the lower part of my cheek... but i hve checked in light its all.cleAr...no bump..no lump no.bliater no any kind of white or red patch no.swelling..so wat can be the cause of itchiNg ?

9 months before mucocele laser surgery was done 2 times  by the surgeon/dentist, well my mucocele was on.the left side of my lower lip and after 2nd surgery my lower lip was in.great pain.i.used to feel.tingling and numbness sensation at the right side also of.my lower lip...but the surgery is done on.the left side.why.is that ?

i have chcked my  complete.mouth frm torch.light there are no red or white patches no.blister nothing all.clear, but when i move my.tounge inside right down.side of my lower lip i feel one.hard small.ball like thing inside lip skin of same.lip colour the place where my lower lip connects the gum...i just feel it from.my tounge..but whwn i strech out my lip and put light inside to.chck i.dont see anything,sometimes while moving tounge i feel it.small.sometime.little big but ita all inside lip skin from.up.its all.clear pls help.me..i m scared
