symptoms after dental work

After getting a root canal and crown on one of my front teeth , I started to get a yellow coated tongue days later along with a sore throat. My doctor diagnosed me with thrush and an upper respiratory infection. The coating got better with anti fungal mouth wash but did not go away. I continued to occasionally have a hoarse throat but three months later I started to occasionally get earaches along with my throat issues. I now continually get itchy or burning ears along with a burning/ hoarse throat. My tongue coating problems continue to occur as well , not the same yellow coating but more of a white coating. My cbc tests ordered by a physician came back fine. I also went back to an endodontist whom re did my root canal and said nothing should be causing me trouble and everything on the x rays looks normal. It concerns me because my throat and ear pain has been going on for months and only recently sometimes I get muscle pain which leads me to think everything is leading back to my dental work although it seems to be fine. If anyone can help with possible reasons for these symptoms or any idea on what kind of tests I can have done, besides a cbc, it would help.
Thank you
