Desperately in need of help

For a few years now I have to be very careful how I lay my head, how I keep my head turned ( I have to keep it straight with the rest of my spine), and how I have my right or left arm positioned. I sleep sitting up in a chair a lot because if I lay the lease bit wrong, the gum on a tooth on my right side will swell up and start hurting within seconds. Even sitting wrong with my head not completely straight with the rest of my body or how I have my right arm positioned can cause this tooth to pound; stay swollen and hurt for days. I don’t know how much longer I can take it. I used a cane for 20 years on my right side but recently stopped using it, if I try using it, it will now aggravate this tooth. I don’t know if it’s my tooth, my neck or my shoulder causing this but its miserable not being able to lie down without this tooth swelling and hurting. I don’t have money to go see a dentist, the Doctor I have doesn’t listen and I can’t go to anyone else. I am to the point of pulling the tooth myself to see if I can get relief, even though I don’t believe it’s the tooth. Three to 4 years of this is 3 to 4 years to long.
Does anyone have any ideas what I can do?
I do have a bulge on a lower disk, Fibromyalgia and MS. I don’t know if any of this may be the cause. Thank you so much for any help you may have.

Tooth does not swell. However, you are describing how you felt. Your descriptions suggest you might have non odontogenous toothache, if there is no dental pathology identified. Seeing an orofacial pain specialist is advised.

Thank you so much. I will look into this. Maybe I can get my Doctor to send me to a pain clinic that does this, that is the only way I can go to someone like this being I don't have the money myself to do it. Again, thank you.
