For a few years now I have to be very careful how I lay my head, how I keep my head turned ( I have to keep it straight with the rest of my spine), and how I have my right or left arm positioned. I sleep sitting up in a chair a lot because if I lay the lease bit wrong, the gum on a tooth on my right side will swell up and start hurting within seconds. Even sitting wrong with my head not completely straight with the rest of my body or how I have my right arm positioned can cause this tooth to pound; stay swollen and hurt for days. I don’t know how much longer I can take it. I used a cane for 20 years on my right side but recently stopped using it, if I try using it, it will now aggravate this tooth. I don’t know if it’s my tooth, my neck or my shoulder causing this but its miserable not being able to lie down without this tooth swelling and hurting. I don’t have money to go see a dentist, the Doctor I have doesn’t listen and I can’t go to anyone else. I am to the point of pulling the tooth myself to see if I can get relief, even though I don’t believe it’s the tooth. Three to 4 years of this is 3 to 4 years to long.
Does anyone have any ideas what I can do?
I do have a bulge on a lower disk, Fibromyalgia and MS. I don’t know if any of this may be the cause. Thank you so much for any help you may have.
