Extreme discomfort.
My gums are absolutely killing me. They bleed every single time i brush my teeth, which leaves me with the most awful metallic taste all day long. They are a little tiny bit red, but for the most part they are really sore. Ive been having some pregnancy symptoms and im hoping that this is related to that but I don't know what to do. I haven't changed my daily routine of brushing twice a day and flossing once a day so any suggestions please!!! I cant deal with the pain, its more annoying than anything but please help
Hi, rinsing with warm salt water a couple of times may give you some relief.Rinse then spit it out.
