Hard lumps in the gums

I found some hard lumps underneath my gums. They are painless and movable. I don't know what this could mean, though but the first thing you think is cancer. The first one is smaller than a pea and located on the right side of my mouth right next to the tongue and underneath the teeth. The 2nd(maybe more than one) are very tiny and they are located at the front of my mouth right underneath the front teeth. Any thoughts on this? I would appreciate it, because I'm very scared.

The first one is probably a sialolith. The second one needs x-ray to make a differential diagnosis. None of your presentation suggests malignancy.
