I have a cluster of tiny bumps on the roof of my mouth; what can they be?

I noticed discomfort while eating recently. I took a photo to determine what could be causing this, and I found a cluster of tiny bumps. I couldn’t find any similar photos online so I am a bit concerned. Here is a link to the photo: https://ibb.co/hbdEmJ

I began chewing on the opposite side exclusively, and now I notice a similar cluster of bumps on that side of my mouth as well. Could this be an infection, irritation or an STD? Should I see a general practictioner or dentist, or should I wait? Thanks in advance!

After seeing a few posts in the community, I wonder if it could be burn blisters caused by eating hot food.
