What is this popping sensation in my front tooth?

Hello!
Yesterday I started using an electric toothbrush, and I've noticed that since last night whenever I make an 'O' shape with my mouth or move my top lip over my front teeth, my right tooth pops. Doesn't hurt, isn't sensitive, it just feels like the tooth moves ever so slightly when I move my lip over my tooth  - but it doesn't move at all when I physically wiggle it.
Strange! Anyone know what it is? Is it just me getting used to flossing and using an electric toothbrush regularly?

Thanks!
