Anyone have a bump a month after dental implant surgery?

I had an implant placed 6 weeks ago. A couple of days ago I discovered a white bump. I went to the dentist (he was not the original one that did it), and he took an X-ray. The X-ray revealed no implant infection. He put me on antibiotics. The implant does not hurt at all. I read a few places that the solution is just placing a new screw on top of the implant and sterilizing the area. I’m seriously scared. I made an appointment with an oral surgeon to look at it but I really don’t have any faith in them. Has anyone had this? If so, how did it resolve?
