Temp Crown on top causing pain on bottom teeth

I had a tooth prepared for a crown last week. It was the upper left molar, furthest back. I started experiencing throbbing pain the first and 2nd day so I went back to the dr...the tech looked at the tooth and said it was OK however I don't think anyone ever checked for my bite.  Dr just came in and said well...you probably need a root canal and gave me and RX for vicodin and Clindamycin.  Pain did get better over the weekend however now the lower teeth, are hurting as well as my lower jaw.  Tylenol and Ibuprofen help but pain is still there when it wears off.    Could the crowned tooth be higher than the other teeth causing it to put more pressure on the ones below? I don't know what else could be causing this pain The tooth that he worked on really isn't that sore anymore...help

I agree with Vicodin is for pain and you're also on an antibiotic for infection so you should be feeling much better.Yet sometimes daily teeth protection is indispensable besides medicine cure. And I had teethache before, and get recovery under the help of dental unit from http://www.dental-units.com/
furtheremore,I did not get the pain back.

So I went back to dr today....he said some of my tooth was exposed so he re-bonded it.  A few hours later my bottom (opposite of where I had the prep) jaw and teeth start to become very sore again.  He did the test with the blue paper and said everything was perfect.  IDK what is going on now.  He sprayed the compressed air right into that tooth and it wasn't sensitive at all  Could it be that it will feel better once the permanent crown is put on next week?

Vicodin is for pain and you're also on an antibiotic for infection so you should be feeling much better.  If the temporary crown is too long it can irritate the teeth below it, so I would definitely contact your dentist regarding this new pain.  Take care.
