Sour acid flavor on Mouth
Hi everyone i have been diagnosed with GERD since december 2012 , symptoms has reduced due to medication except for a sour or acid flavor on the mouth which is worst on the morning when waking up , any idead how can i can rid of it ?

Hello,
Sour acid taste in mouth is a common symptom of GERD. You should take antireflux medications and avoid foods that may cause heartburn like acidic foods (e.g. tomatoes and citrus fruits).Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. Once your disease is controlled your symptoms will resolve. I sincerely hope it helps.
