Please help - something red on my palate

Hi to all, I hope I'll find someone who'll help me a little with this thing.
15 days ago, some red patch appeared on my palate. That night I ate tomatoes with sharp edges, and day after that I noticed the thing on my palate. I was waiting for couple of days to pass, but it's still there. Didn't hurt, don't hurt now either, and I'm not sure what to do with it.
I was little anxious before with my health, for no reason, and everything I checked was fine, so now I don't want to go again to doctors if there's no doubt something's wrong.

I took few photos, here they are:

Thanks in advance to all people here!
