Discolouration of mouth, can't find any answers

The back of my mouth has become completely yellow. And there is a small crack starting to appear. Also I have had a white coating over my tounge with red dots. The tounge doesn't concern me so much as it has been there for a while. However the back of my mouth is really concerning me. Finally one side of the yellow is a little swollen. I have photos but I don't think I can post them here.

Please if anyone can help, I am extremely worried.

I think you have thrush, which is yeast overgrowth.  This could be throughout your body.  It is very unhealthy.  Look into a diet for yeast control and brush your tongue with baking soda very gently.  Use a tea tree mouthwash.  Stop eating sugar and eat organic vegetables, healthy fats like REAL olive oil and REAL organic butter.  No soda, no fast food, no high-carb junk foods.  There are many ways to control yeast without going on an antifungal medication, which can harm your liver.
