Treatment or home remedy required for painful chin
Tomorrow it will be two weeks that I had a wisdom tooth and two other teeth pulled out. I had general and local anaesthesia. But as of today the whole gum and the lower lip on the left side is still numb. My chin on the left sides hurts too.
Anyone can tell me what to do with this symptoms. I take Ponstan Forte or Ibuprofen for the pain, but it does not go away.

vitamin B1, 6,12,folic acid and omega 3 fatty acid may help nerve injury recovery. Systemic administration of corticosteroid for a week may reduce post op inflammation. However, if symptoms of nerve injury persists more than 6weeks, pharmacologic management is warranted. Going back to oral surgeon to have a post op exam is advised.
