Ultrasonic cleaning risks
Horizontal crack just below gum line found to be causeing sensitivity and pain in lower front molar and necessitating a crown. Could this have been caused by ultrasonic scaling method?
Hi Daritz, I have done my ultrasonic scaling twice last year, so far so good, can't really tell the difference between this and the traditional cleaning method. I don't remember my dentist's name but I do remember the clinic's name is Desired Smiles. Decent place to go when I was in Hamilton. :)
