I am 62, in good health, although I do have sinus issues, decent teeth, and visit my dentist. I have a very small white bump about the size of the tip of an ink pen (ink end) that is very hard but does not heart. It has turned tongue color over the past few months but a white granny mole skin tag has appeared directly under the tongue at about the same place and is sore because it is located next to the vein under the tongue and is over consistently. Does this sound like an issue from my sinus issues or cancer of the tongue?
