intense pain in cheek

hello, i went to bed last night with sore teeth on my right side, and one of my lower right molars is broken, plus my wisdom teeth are all coming in.   i wwas woken up by severe pain in my jeek and jaw that extends from my molar up to the front of my face.  it is swollen and very painful to touch but it is saturday and i have no money and wont till next week when i get paid...is there anything i can/should do to alleviate the pain/swelling? should i go to the hospital?

At the very least you should go to the ER for antibiotics because it sounds like, if it isn't already, an infection is setting in.

if the hospital can render dental treatment, going to hospital is acceptable. Whta's the difference between getting dental treatemnt from hospital and dental office in terms of financial charge ? it sounds you can afford to get treatment from hospital and you can not afford the treatment from dental office.
