need advice on impacted tooth

Ok I just saw my dentist and was told that my upper wisdom teeth need to come out. I am not sure if my lowers had come in or not but I know I have an impaction of tooth number 18. I was told this tooth was sitting on a nerve and might be bad to extract. Any ideas on if it's a good idea to get this one extracted too..
Please let me know what you think.

Also, since you are getting the top wisdom teeth extracted, I would ask the doctor about #32 as well, whether it should be extracted or not.

Since you are already going for a consult, I would ask them about the impacted tooth as well since they have experience with it.  Its possible if that wisdom tooth (#17) is not impacted for it to fill the spot of #18.  I've seen it happen and it works beautifully.
