I have a similar problem where my front upper teeth were broke and now are worn down to the gum line.  I'm not sure if I was smart or not but I saved every single penny I could for three+ years knowing I was going to loose my job and it was going to be hard to find another.  I've been out of work since April '09 and will have a balance of $0.00 by February 15 2011.   So, No money to fix the teeth, though I don't know what Medicaid can do(?).

I will take a guess that surgery will have to be preformed cutting the teeth out  and I'd assume the same for you.  How specifically this will be done I haven't a clue, nor do I know if a dentist can do this or if a specialist has to do it.  Either way I'm looking forward to hearing from someone who would have a better idea.
