relief for canker sores

What is a good home remedy for relief for painful canker sores? I am developed a few cankers sores on the the right side of my mouth. I have one right at the base of gum line and I have at my upper cheek.
What is a good relief for them.

Yes Mammo. That is one of them I could'nt remember the name of. My husband just went through having a canker sore and I bought this for him, it really helped.

There is an over-the-counter mouth rinse that will speed up the healing of these sores.  It's called Peroxyl and is about 6.00.  I always just rinse my mouth with plain hydrogen peroxide 3-4 times a day.

I recently found something called Canka I believe. It numbes the canker sore. Works great for those on your lips but its harder to use for those on the cheek or in funny spots. I believe your dentist can prescribe something as well.

Remar,

I don't usually develop canker sores and all sudden I have a few in  mouth and makes it hard to talk or eat. I think I am on about week 2 of them.

Swishing warm salt water around in your mouth several times a day. There are also a couple of rinses you can buy at your drug store. These usually can last 2 to 3 weeks. If they go any longer see your Dr or dentist.
