sore in mouth

I have a sore on the inside of my lip. It is white colored and it hurts alot. I am not sleeping around. I am married but i don't think he cheating. I don't think it is a std. But what is it and why won't it go away? It has been there for about 2 days now.

it will go away i had one but when i started to brush my teeth more it went a way

It appears acute-onset lesion. If it can be wiped off by gauze, candidiasis should be ruled out. Seeing an oral pathologist and possible biopsy is recommended.
