teeth extraction

can i have multiple tooth extraction in both side of maxillary arch at the same time.

actually my aunt had it done with no complications. she has a fear of dentists and can not be put under. she had a local and a pill to relax her slightly. for her it was all or nothing.

under general yes the oral surgeon can do that,but the general dentist doesnt use a block(injection)on both sides of maxillary,dont know why but they numb only one side
