teeth, tongue, lip damage...

Thanks in advance…

My nephew is approximately 4 years of age… A couple minutes ago, he collided with the concrete floor… Looks like the superior/inferior central incisors clip the bottom lip.  I have a couple of questions.:

- How to tell if damage was done to the tongue?

- The lip might have been punctured from the incisors.  There is too much blood for me to assess, at the moment.

- 1 of more of the incisor(s) looks broken and wobbles.

What to do about the lip?
What to do about the teeth?
What to do about the tongue?

It is Sunday and I am playing Dr. at the moment.

get in touch with a pediatric dentist immediately TONIGHT.  most pediatric dentists will list an emergency contact number, or an answering service that lets you get in touch with someone that will help you.

use cold compression on the lip to stop the bleeding.  a bag of ice works well but make sure it doesnt stick to his lip first, get the bag wet.  Dont let him suck on anything since his teeth are mobile.
