Unfortunately, we have to run to diagnose our illness and our beloved ones because most of times doctors fails in it,,we have to suggest the diagnose!!
But I think we don't have orofacial pain specialist :(
Supraorbital pain is commonly associated with myofascial trigger point pathology of sternocleidomastoid muscle or a group of disease entities known as tirgemial autonomic cephalgia. If your neurologist and ophthalmologist are not familiar with these entities, you may need to see an orofacial pain specialist.
