Well, I know it's not my blood sugar. I keep a close eye on that. I am also having "weak" spells. Maybe it is anxiety. Thanks M4.
It is unclear if your tremors are induced by the medication or if they will go away. Maybe it's anxiety too.

Ok, will the side effects go away. My hands and body are very very shaky, just from time to time. Like, for instance, yesterday I had no spells of shakiness, but today at about 10:30 this morning I couldn't hold a glass of water without spilling it. Is this suppose to be permanent while taking Abilify? or will it go away in time?
I am glad to hear that,
surely as you get used to the medication you will be able to have a normal sleep again.

It got better last night. I slept from 10:00 until about 4:30 before waking up. I went right back to sleep and woke up around 5:30 and then finally got up at 6:15.
Sure sounds like a stress response. I would not call it insomnia but disrupted sleep. Whether it's the medication or the stress, I can't tell but it can surely be both.

Let me tell about my first (hopefully only) side effect so far. I am not sure if you could call this insomnia, I am not sure....
I went to bed last night at 9:30. I fell asleep pretty much within 10 minutes. I woke up at around 11:00, but was able to get back to sleep within about 5 minutes. This went on for most of the night. Many times I would wake up thinking I had slept for hours and it would only be like an hour or less.
The therapeutic lag is maximum 4 weeks.
