i have diagonise with depression i have tried alot of SSRI one that is helpful for me is clomipramine currently i am taking 200 mg of clomipramine,while taking other medicine for depression my throid level has raised to 26.9 TSH ref range (0.4-4.5),i am totally chronically fatigue there is heavy on head i think that i cant do anything memory low what shuld i do to regain my health.thank you

Your thyroid level is very high and that can cause depression and tiredness. I recommend that you see and Endocrinologist to have your thyroid levels checked again. Ask for not only TSH but also FT3, FT4 and antibodies. Medication will usually get your levels back to normal.
