Try redirecting your thoughts on the people that you truly care about deep down and on those that care about you. Think about moments with them when they felt most special to you.
yea its so hard like i try fighting the thoughts because i know deep down i care about alot of people but i have been deppressed at times that i feel like my thoughts betray the way i feel!!! its so confusing
