Cymbalta weaning and glucose levels

Hello, I have been weaning slowly from cymbalta. I want to know if any of you have had glucose level changes during and after weaning and quitting cymbalta. Did your blood sugar increase/decrease??? did your glucose numbers went back to normal after a period of time? or the changes were permanent?

Hi It's called hycoglicymic ? Hope ive spelt it right sugar levels are effected through withdrawal thats why breakfast is so important and to eat little and often to keep blood sugars up. Eat foods that act as slow release and don't eat sugary things as it makes symptoms worse. Also avoid caffeine it stimulates the brain and gives symptoms.
Don't worry it don't last forever but remember recovery is slow the first twelve months are convalescence it's not the tablets it's what they have done to your body. I went cold turkey from effexor and nine months on ive started with insomnia a few weeks ago. Symptoms come and go and change.
Good Luck on your road back to life thats what my support group cita call it !!
Love
Lorraine xx

So you quit Effexor and had hypoglicemia? It seems than in my case blood sugar levels went up instead of going down.
