Negative thinking can cause negative effects but get checked out anyway.  Do try to get some exercise and 15 minutes of sun a day. Keep your home light, keep some relaxing or fun music on to quiet your thoughts of fear.  Have you ever lost a loved one to cancer? If so did your dread start at the time?  I know that when I lose a loved one I fear that others or myself will also die soon.  It doesn't happen though-Thank the Lord! For every negative thought you have or speak, replace it with 3 positive thoughts and speak them outloud when possible.  It takes a while to check the old tape in you head, but don't give up, it's worth the effort.  Best Wishes to you, Sharon.

Hello,

I wouldn't say you're a hypochondriac. Feelings of the worse possible things over really small things is a common symptom of Anxiety. And yes it is normal for your body to think that you're sick purely because you think you are. But I'd advise you getting checked out anyway just incase. Also whilst you're there you could get tested for Anxiety.

Thanks
