Dopamine disorder

Hello Doctor,

I just came across this wonderful website where we have our questions answered in detail and i am glad you guys are doing a great job. I have been undergoing medictaion for dopamine disorder. I am taking Qutan 50mg, Lamez 100 mg and Parkin 2 mg and also underfoing Homeopathic treatment. I am undergoing memory loss, low energy levels, poor concentration and becoming emotional for no reason. May i know the various causes of dopamine disorder and what are all the food supplements i can have for the same?

What do you mean dopamine disorder, and please know there are no doctors here, just folks.  There are expert forums on this website that do have doctors answering questions it that's what you're looking for.

Anyway please note that dopamine is triggered when you are having fun and vice versa (even eating trigger dopamine production) or by directly stimulating the receptors with drugs... You can't just not swallow a precursor to dopamine and hope to give you a high moral boost or high sex drive... Anyway.. Rhodiola rosea might give you a little boost.

I'd go with Mucuna pruriens and L-Tysosine... Rhodiola rosea might be an adaptogen to consider.. anyway please check with your doctor for interactions...
