Eye tic/twitch -- the likelihood of SeroquelXR as a cause of?

Dear Doctor,
Am currently taking 20 mg Prozac in the morning (to replace the Cipralex I've been on for at least 5 years) for depression and anxiety (P.T.S.D. & O.C.D./Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) ( Am slowly weaning from Cipralex/Escitalopram as I gained weight on it and other side effects) Am down to 5 mg of Cipralex at nite along with 50 mg SEROQUELXR for sleep (have been taking the SeroquelXR 50mg for approx. 6 months now as when I'd initially weaned from the Cipralex I was experiencing some sleeplessness etc.)  For approx. 3 months now, I have had a tic occurring with my lower right eye lid; quite frequently and noticeably.  I understand that eyelid tics can occur for a number of reasons (my spouse and daughter both had an eye twitch right around the time mine first started when we all had the flu; their's went away, mine hasn't resolved)  If that wasn't the case (all of us experiencing a form of 'eye twitch' around the same time); I'd be more convinced that the tic is occurring as a side effect of the SeroquelXR.  Am feeling better than I have in 25 years on this drug combination; but the eye tic is bothering me and am concerned about the Seroquel causing it.  How long should an individual take Seroquel XR for sleep quality...what is the time period thought to be safe.  I realize even taking it for sleep is an off-label use and am trying to define whether or not my right lower eyelid tic is being caused by the SeroquelXR 50mg or if this is just coincidental.  ANY feedback you give is highly appreciated.  Thanking you in advance, AnnieBHappy
