Please help I can't go on this way

I just feel like nothing is ever going to get better. I don't even want to get out of bed in AM.I have a sinus infection, asthma flaring up, on vacation but was off work so finaces are making me worried. My husband has cancer & I go for my followup visit for malignant melanoma. They seem to have caught it in time.I used to exercise now I don't even want to do that. Dr won't prescibe AD right now because I have a ulcer. Does life just get worse the older you get? How do I get off this 'pity pot'?

I am no medical doctor for which the world is thankful, but it sounds to me that because you are having a hard time of it at the minute things are not as they should be with your life, it may be worth going to the doctor and seeing about a therapist, is there a friend who could go for walks with you or something?
