Herbal Treatment OCD/depression

Hi, I suffer from both OCD and Depression, and instead of using a medication from a psychiatrist, I would prefer using herbal medication. After doing some research, I have found 5 different herbs that I can take. I had been taking some of them off and on separately, but I finally decided that I wanted to take most of them all together. Yesterday morning, I began combining all of the drugs, and found that the effect was quite potent. I am relaxed, lowered anxiety, content, basically I think that I feel like a normal person (except my OCD hasn't subsided). My question is, are all of these safe to take together? Also, is it alright to take everyday, and what kind of regimin should I be on...what times of the day should I take them, how many times a day, and how much is a decent dosage?

This morning I took the following:
200mg L-Theanine
300mg St. John's Wort (includes 80mg rosemary leaf and 40mg spirulina algae) - I took 2 of these
300mg Relora (magnolia extract)
200mg SAM-e - I took 2 of these
100mg 5-HTP

Any suggestions would be great, even if you can just give me directions for one of them. The biggest thing that I'm worried about though is, are they safe to mix?

Thanks :)

I know that you can take sam-e and 5-htp together. I also know it's not a good idea to take st. john's wort for a long time period.

Hey, thanks for the reply :) I'll ask an herbalist about it. I'm not taking any antidepressants so that wont be part of the problem (if there is one). I hope that these do work for me, I'll probably try it out for about 2 months; if this doesn't provide me any aid, I'll look to the pharmacy :\
