I DO think it helps. When you have a regular and good sleep pattern, you naturally feel better and more clear headed. I would try to work on this. If you are sleep deprived and you get a good night here and there, it may actually make you feel groggy. I had a several month span of bad sleep due to a baby that just gave me a run for my money! That literally took a year to recover. And another time in my life more recently when my sleep pattern was off, I also took some time to feel good again after getting it on track.
Do you take a multi vitamin too? Exercise during the day? this helps
