I am consumed

Hi I am 22 and I have had the hardest 2 months of my life. I found out that i was pregnant and my partner left me. I am currently at university and doing a 5 year degree that I am half way through. I made the decision to terminate my pregnancy for reasons that I dont need to explain. After having the procedure one of my close friends passed on the information to someone else who passed it on to someone else. I am from a small town. But what has followed this is a huge fight that I dont know what its about any more and feel like on top of everything i have been through i have been betrayed and abandon by all my friends. I feel alone and broken

oh dear girl -  i so feel for you - your decision was hard enough without your 'friends' making it much worse for you.  You confide in them because you need to share your pain and they tell others and make it harder on you.  I don't have many words of wisdom for you - except that you and ONLY you must answer only for yourself.  Do not worry about what others think of you - tho learn this lesson that sharing a secret means it is no longer a secret.  This human existence is never perfect - we are here to learn - don't waste time blaming others and yourself - move on  - treat yourself kindly - put yourself first - you are in MY prayers

Meaning, its early in the morn, I am thinking about dinner, then what about tomorrow. Why can't I just live in the moment. Is there something wrong with me?

I'm 20 and i'm having the hardest month of my life. The dog i had since i was 8 died, my girlfriends about to leave me, and to top it off i totaled my truck today. I'm at a university too and i'm just ready to give up. I feel the same way.
