I care what people think about me

I am trying to heal and move forward. I know that this is a long process and I am not looking for a band-aid for a bullet wound but I want to take the next step. I am in therapy but I have written a list of things that I don't like my about my self here they are:

- Self Conscious
- Vain
- Moody
- Oversensitive
- Self Loathing
- Ostracized
- Afraid of Commitment but Obsessive attachment

I just wanted to let you know that I admire your honesty. I can relate to some of the things on your list. I am not in therapy or on medication at this time. For now I am taking it one day at a time. Keep us posted. I wish you the best.

Congrats for taking the first step in moving forward with your life! Not everybody is able to do this. The process of healing can be long and at times difficult, but you are on the right path. Your list here shows that you are already making some important insights about yourself. With time you'll be able to address these and feel better about yourself.
