Is my daughter unwell?

My 15 year old is acting strange to me, she looks distracted most of the time she's not in our world she gets depressed alot and won't talk. her emotions/feelings are just flat she gets voilent angry for no reason, she smells odd things she finds it hard to explain things and she finds it hard to understand simpole things. She's constantly looking around as so if things were there she laughs for no reason, I do know she's paranoid she always thinks people are taking her thoughts also inserting thoughts into her. She acts in a strange way. She makes no sence when she's talking, she looses focus of reality. She tells me she has bizarre dreams. When she gets in a arguement she'll go exream with knives and other sharps. She finds it difficult to do simple tasks. She has weird movements of her tounge, her arms jerk and twitch she feels random touches on her body. Is my daughter depressed or anything?

if your daughter truly believes other people are inserting thoughts into her hear then she is having some psychotic issues and needs to see a dr as soon as physically possible.  psychosis can come along with depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and/or drug abuse

she is going to need medical help getting back to reality

She should be examined by her physician asap!  You may also wish to have her seen by a psychiatrist soon as well.  We cannot tell you what is wrong with her but from what you write a good psychiartric evaluation is a great idea.  Take Care!
