Hello Ireland from UK.  I took 150mg Sertraline once daily.  I am on a different drug, but still take 150mg in one go.  No problem with that.  Your new doctor is right.

Hi,

I take 150mg of zoloft in the morning without
any problems at all and it lasts through the
day.  It is easier for me to take it once a day
because Im afraid I would forget it otherwise.

best wishes,
