Oh I talk to myself all the time, and I am sure lots of other people do too.  It is certainly not a sign of madness.

As for thinking, well, again, we all do that.

A solution?  Carry on as you are.  Why are you so worried about it?

I red great post about it with many comments. it was sooo funny. Yes, I do it too. We are all nuts! lol I talk loudly at the supermarket, commenting on stuff there like: oh, you don't mean it seriously, so much for such crap etc etc lol PPl looking sometimes and I start to talk to them - get them involved lol. Some ppl using bluetooth to cover it up. So
maybe a solution for you?

I may be younger than you, so I hope you still don't mind me giving you my opinion... BUt I think its perfectly normal. We all talk to ourselves and all think all the time. I mean really, does it really matter what people think... I agree with all the previous comments, getting them involved will prove to them your not "mad", as they say...
We are all human, and have our own little habits, despite how unusual they may be. That's all it is, a habit. I mean I bet if you went around and asked people what embarrassing or weird habit they have, you'll be a lot less conscious of what people think of you.
So people may think your a little crazy..... who cares! haha

I hope this made sense. You only live once, man! :)
