For 15 yrs my life was an enormous struggle of exhaustion and unrelenting stress. Last year I was diagnosed with pyrrole disorder which is a genetic condition that causes the body to lose zinc and vitamin b6. This was found to be responsible for every other health condition I'd ever had including allergies, skin rashes, acne,RSI,digestive difficulty, sinusitis, low body temperature, low blood pressure and hypoglycaemia. After 9 months of treatment my life is getting back on track and I am happy to be alive once more. Treatment is from the Pfeiffer Research Institute. In Australia it is called Biabalance. I hope you will find this info useful.
Normal is a hard thing to accomplish and an even harder thing to define. I have suffered from depression and anxiety for a long time, my advice would be to take one day at a time and try and find yourself a good counselor or therapist who can help you build yourself back up. The first time I felt normal again was when i started to acknowledge where those bad feelings are coming from - where have you felt like this before and try and console and heal that pain I hope that helps even a little bit
Is there anyway you can get some finacial assistance for your needed treatment?
Severe depression and anxiety is a rough thing to go thru without proper treatment.
Very true. I really do thank you for your response. I see your a momma, so am I. Working ,being a Mom and dealing with a difficult partner is sending me into a panic attack. I wish I had some answers for you, too. I do feel meds work, because when I was on them, I felt more in control. I think I need to be back on them.
I wish I had a solution because I am going through the same thing. I don't think "normal' will ever exist in our lives.
