i want to move in with my friends family. i hate it here. my friends mom is willing to take me. but my parents wont let me go. how can i?:/

yes. look for legal advice. dont expect to be save by child protection if you just cant stay out late. if your parents are abusive however you should allready make plans to move in, and you should tell your friends mom about the abuse.
